At the heart of our kitchen is Chef Marco Liu, a culinary artist with over 15 years of experience crafting innovative, globally inspired dishes. Born and raised in Vancouver, Marco blends Pacific Northwest ingredients with international techniques to create bold flavors that reflect both tradition and creativity.

Trained in both French and Japanese cuisine, Chef Marco’s philosophy is simple: let the ingredients shine. From hand-selecting seasonal produce to perfecting sauces from scratch, every detail in your meal is a reflection of his passion for quality and his commitment to excellence.
